When must employers post the OSHA 300-A annual injury summary at work?
February 1 to April 30 of the next year.
- February 1 to April 30 ✔
- January 1 to December 31
- July 1 to September 30
Why: At the end of each year, a company executive certifies the 300-A summary. It is posted where notices usually go from February 1 until April 30.
Huh, didn't know that: If there were no recordable cases, the employer still posts the summary with zeros.
The calendar's days are numbered.
