My deck was flagged or taken down. What now?
Anyone can flag a deck or a card. If more than five different people flag a deck, it comes down while we look, and we email you the reasons (never who flagged). You can remove cards and send it back, or appeal. A personal-info flag hides that one card right away.
How flags work
- Every deck page and every card has a flag button. Reasons include wrong answer, inappropriate, personal info, cheating and copyright.
- One flag per person per deck.
- More than five different people flag a deck: it comes down while we look. We email you (or your parent) the reasons. We never say who flagged it.
- One personal-info flag on a card hides that card at once. It stays hidden until someone on the AhaBulb team checks it.
What you can do
- Fix it: on your deck's page, tick the cards to remove and send it back. We check it again right away.
- Appeal: ask us to look again. The AhaBulb review team decides, and the AhaBulb owners have the final say.
If three of your decks are taken down and stay down, you can't make new ones.
