How do I install AhaBulb on my phone?

AhaBulb installs from your browser, no app store needed. On iPhone, open ahabulb.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

AhaBulb is a web app. It installs straight from your browser, with its own icon, full screen, and no app store.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open AhaBulb in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

  1. Open AhaBulb in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu (three dots, top right).
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

Computer: in Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon in the address bar.

Good to know:

  • The installed app opens straight into the game.
  • On phones that support it, press and hold the AhaBulb icon to jump straight into one of your courses.
  • Your score is the same in the app and the browser when you are signed in.
  • New cards arrive on their own. There is nothing to update.
  • On iPhone, answering out loud in AhaBulb Drive mode works in Safari, not in the installed app.
