What can Ask AhaBulb answer?
Ask AhaBulb answers questions about the site (signing in, scores, courses, player-made decks and more) from AhaBulb's own help articles, and everyday questions from AhaBulb cards. It can't see your account. Personal details are removed before a question goes to DeepSeek, an outside AI. If it can't help, tap "Send this to the AhaBulb team".
Ask AhaBulb is the helper on /ask/ and on the floating Ask AhaBulb button.
What it can answer
- How the site works: signing in, kids and parents, scores and streaks, courses, certificates, Make a Deck, the shop and more. It answers only from AhaBulb's own help articles, which the AhaBulb team writes and approves.
- Everyday "stuff everyone should know" questions, from AhaBulb cards.
What it can't do
- It can't see or change your account, score, decks or orders.
- If the help articles don't cover your question, it tells you so instead of guessing.
- It isn't medical, legal or money advice.
Your privacy
- Please don't type your name or anything personal.
- Before a question goes to DeepSeek, the outside AI that writes the answer, we remove anything that looks like an email address, phone number, web link or long number.
