On which HF band does a Technician have voice (phone) privileges?

Why: Technicians can send CW on parts of 80, 40 and 15 meters, but voice on HF is allowed only on 10 meters. Upgrading to General opens much more HF phone.

Huh, didn't know that: Above 50 MHz, SSB phone is allowed in at least some segment of every amateur band.
